DESCRIPTION:The Community Loan Fund is celebrating 37 years of service to it’s partners and neighbors across the Capital Region this fall. This year’s event will be held on Thursday, October 20th from 5:30-7:30PM at the Hudson Candy Factory, located at 161 River Street, Troy, NY 12180. This year’s theme is: “Reimagining Together: Rebuilding Small Businesses Through The Pandemic”\n“The Community Loan Fund is excited to return to Troy for our 37th Anniversary Celebration this year” said Linda MacFarlane, Executive Director of the Community Loan Fund. “Recently, the Community Loan Fund partnered with the City of Troy to distribute $300,000 worth of funds as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES ACT). Here we were able to see the determination, passion, and strength of these small businesses across the city as they rebuilt their businesses following the discovery of COVID-19.
