I’m so nervous!!” It’s common for people to feel socially awkward at times, whether they are at a big networking event, a cocktail party, or even a job interview. While many adults believe that they should be confident in these situations, they often struggle with social anxiety, which can hold them back from achieving great things. This session will help participants understand that they are not alone in their fears.
