David Spina, ACES Property Manager

David Spina is a lifelong resident of the Capital District. He graduated from St. John’s University in Queens, New York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy. In addition to his clinical duties he developed policies and procedures for a startup high volume pharmacy, entered the mail service arena where he developed models for forecasting, workflow and resource allocation. He left clinical practice for the health insurance industry to become a Program Manager with responsibility for operations, issue resolution, vendor implementation and management, worked with designers to develop application code. Additionally, David designs and builds custom furniture.
