Small Business Loans
We provide low-interest loans to small businesses owned by women, minorities, and people of low-income. The Community Loan Fund helps support small businesses because we know they are the backbone of our economy.
Community Development Lending
We finance community development projects that support affordable housing, essential community services, programs for at-risk adults and children, health services, historic and green space preservation, energy efficiency and sustainability for business owners and their employees.
Training and Technical Assistance
We provide trainings and free workshops designed to help business owners and non-profit leaders grow. Our trainings tackle important issues like financial planning, sales, marketing, and human resources. We also provide one-on-one mentoring. We help our clients get to the next level.
