This 9-week industry specific, hands-on course is now being offered virtually. Class topics include developing a business plan, Childcare regulations & legal structures, real estate & location requirements, HR & labor concerns, insurance issues, financial management and analysis, budgeting, record-keeping and payment tracking software. Participants in this course, will gain a deeper understanding of NYS Childcare regulations for businesses, learn about available resources and funding opportunities for Childcare businesses and receive mentorship from existing Childcare professionals.
