Community Preservation Corporation Awards $50,000 to Community Loan Fund
The Community Loan Fund was recently named one of ten recipients to receive grant funding from the Community Preservation Corporation's new philanthropic initiative, CPC Connections. Community Loan Fund Granted $3.7 Million from Capital Magnet Fund
The Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region has successfully secured $3.7 Million dollars in grant funding from the Capital Magnet Fund to promote and fund affordable housing and economic development activities in areas of low socioeconomic status.
