Anderson Construction bids on bigger jobs – with help from the Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region

This small family-owned construction company wanted to bid on larger jobs, but, as the saying goes, ‘You have to spend money to make money.’ A revolving line of credit from the Loan Fund will help Anderson Construction cover labor expenses related to a large affordable housing project they have just been awarded. The project will take place in several phases, and could include as many as 89 new units. It’s a great addition to their portfolio, and could help them scale up for future projects.

Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region wins $800,000 in REDC funding for incubator facility onto Clinton Avenue

The Community Loan Fund is proud to announce that the business incubator expansion project has received $800,000 as part of this year’s REDC Awards. The project is one of 120 project in the Capital Region. The Capital Region was a top performer, snagging $84.1 million in funding.
