ARRIVAL
Upon arrival to the Kenmore Ballroom, you will visit our registration table with our volunteers and staff members handing out name badges. If you registered for the event LATE or are just walking in, staff will write your name on a blank name badge. Please be patient while checking in, we are short staffed, and we rely on our volunteers to help run this registration desk. Upon check-in, all guests will receive a drink ticket valid at the bar for any soda, wine or beer. Every drink after will need to be paid by the attendee. Contrary to what Eventbrite says, you do not need a “ticket” to check-in, we have everyone’s name on our list. Upon arrival, please find your way into venue and visit our vendor fair and food stations upstairs. Food this year is provided by a variety of local vendors and the wonderful staff at “Nicole’s Catering” will be assisting guests as they make their way around the stations.
SPEAKING PORTION
At 6:30, our speaking portion of the event will begin. We ask that those who wish to sit may do so in the main ballroom where we have tables and chairs set up. There will also be ample standing room on the second floor with a clear view of our speakers. This year, our event is hosted by Mr. Walter Thorne, Market President, and Publisher of the Albany Business Review. We ask that you please respect our speakers during this portion of the program and keep loud conversations to a minimum.
In conclusion, thank you once again for continuing to support the Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region. This is our one and only large event every year and we are so thrilled to be celebrating it with all of you. Please email Director of Community Relations and Development Mike Martin at Michael@mycommunityloanfund.org with any questions you may have regarding tomorrow’s event. Thank you!
