The Community Loan Fund is excited to announce a major redesign of its EDUpreneur Online Entrepreneur Learning Platform, creating an even better experience for entrepreneurs and small business owners seeking to grow their knowledge and strengthen their businesses. The platform has had 69 new users over the last year who spent an average of 80 minutes viewing content on the site. Current content includes a collection of business development resources and self-paced educational business videos which are available to users for FREE, along with more in-depth courses available for a fee.

Over the coming months, users will begin to see a redesigned EDUpreneur platform featuring a refreshed look, enhanced navigation, expanded resources, and a more engaging learning experience. According to Destiny Watkins, Director of Training and Technical Assistance at the Community Loan Fund, the improvements are designed to make it easier than ever for users to access the tools and training they need to build successful and sustainable businesses.

“We are thrilled to bring a fresh new look and expanded functionality to EDUpreneur,” said Watkins. “Our goal is to make learning more accessible, engaging, and impactful while providing business owners with the practical tools they need to succeed.”

The EDUpreneur platform currently serves as the online home for two of the Community Loan Fund’s flagship educational programs: the highly successful 9-Week Business Planning Course, which guides entrepreneurs through the process of building a comprehensive business plan, and the 6-Week Childcare Business Development Course, designed specifically to help childcare providers strengthen and grow their businesses while increasing access to quality childcare throughout New York.

As part of the redesign, users can look forward to new courses, both free and paid, expanded resource libraries, additional templates and worksheets, improved course navigation, and more interactive learning opportunities. The goal is to create a one-stop learning hub where entrepreneurs can access the knowledge, tools, and support needed at every stage of business ownership. “One of the things I love most about EDUpreneur is that it gives entrepreneurs access to resources whenever they need them. I’m excited for our clients to experience the new features and continue learning alongside us as the platform grows, ” says Rose Bordett, Training and Technical Assistance Associate.

As these enhancements are rolled out, visitors may notice occasional updates and changes throughout the site. The Community Loan Fund appreciates your patience and support during this transition. The Community Loan Fund remains committed to providing accessible, high-quality business education that helps entrepreneurs transform ideas into thriving businesses. Visitors are encouraged to check back often as new courses, tools, templates, and learning experiences are added throughout the next year.
